My leadership philosophy centers on building relationships, open communication, and empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.

Currently serving as Associate Principal at Cavelero Mid High, I have spearheaded initiatives like Building Thinking Classrooms, Agile Minds, and restorative student interventions. With expertise in school operations, instructional leadership, and equity-driven practices, I aim to drive continuous improvement and student success in every community I serve.
